Revitalign Wellness

1st Appointment

**Welcome to Revitalign Wellness!** This is for new patients (adult) interested in **chiropractic, acupuncture or other non-functional medicine.** Your 1st appointment will include a thorough history to determine if our services offered may be of benefit to you and your health. We will then proceed with a thorough examination. We will go over what our findings are as to what is going on and a treatment plan. At this time, we will determine if chiropractic, acupuncture and/or other services offered will best suit your needs and health. We do our best to make sure our patients are well informed before treatment begins. We typically treat at the first appointment, (unless findings warrant additional testing/imaging). We look forward to meeting you! **Unfortunately we are unable to see Medicare or Medicaid patients at this time.
