In this 60 minute session we will work with an ancient and holistic practice that has become increasingly popular in modern times. We will begin with a thorough intake to discuss your body’s unique needs. Cupping therapy helps to rid the body of pain, support natural detox pathways, promote blood circulation and strongly relax the nervous system. Using the traditional method of fire cupping, we are able to gently lift and stretch the fascia tissue to create space for free flow of blood, lymph, and energy. Combined with traditional Tui Na massage therapies and moxibustion, this session will leave you floating off the table.
