Initial consultation is a 30–45-minute, one-on-one session where we’ll talk through your health goals, current stressors, and areas you’d like to focus on. We’ll complete your first full AO Scan during that appointment and review the findings together. The goal isn’t to diagnose or treat disease, but to gather helpful data and identify patterns that can guide a thoughtful, wellness-based plan moving forward.
