Relax your whole body or concentrate on a particular region of the body. Choose your pressure level: light, medium, or deep. Trigger Point therapy will be performed if requested/preferred. For additional benefits, you may add an aromatherapy of your choosing for an additional $5. Massage benefits have been known to include: pain management, increased blood flow for improved healing, rehabilitation for muscle injuries, increased flexibility and range of motion, reduced stress, and improved immune system (a lower stress level=lower cortisol levels=improved immune function!). ***REMINDER: Please give at least a 24-hour notice in the event of cancellation, to avoid being charged for your appointment.***

Chiropractic
First: We will discuss your health history and perform a thorough examination to include: posture analysis, range of motion, orthopedic and neurological tests, and spinal palpation. If determined to be necessary, digital x-rays will be taken on site. This allows us to gather the appropriate information to determine the best course of action for your specific case.
