The initial consultation is for you and the doctor to discuss your health history and develop an initial plan of action to achieve your wellness goals. This includes a comprehensive exam and if deemed clinically appropriate, an adjustment. Please indicate in "reason for visit" note if you are pregnant so you receive the proper paperwork.
