New Clients Intake Session You first MOT session begins with a full- body assessment and health intake to better understand your concerns, history, lifestyle, and movement patterns. Because the body functions as one connected system, areas or restriction or dysfunction may originate somewhere different from where symptoms are being felt Treatment is gentle, individualized, and tailored to your body's needs that day. Techniques may include: - Visceral Manipulation to support organ mobility and function - Osteo- Articulations for alignment and joint mobility without forceful cracking - Craniosacral techniques to encourage nervous system and fluid balance - Fascial release to address restrictions within superficial and deep tissue layers - Lymphatic techniques to assist drainage and reduce swelling or congestion Each body responds differently, so no two treatments are the same. some clients may require lighter work, while others may tolerate deeper techniques depending on their needs and comfort level. The goal of the first session is to assess the body as a whole, identify restrictions, and begin restoring balance, mobility, and function.
