Each session is customized to you and may include a variety of techniques, modalities, and enhancements. I offer massage therapy for high-stress nervous systems, focusing on safety, regulation, and gentle reconnection with the body. Sessions are slow, intentional, and trauma-informed—supporting the body in shifting out of survival mode and into a state of rest, repair, and grounded presence. Your session will begin with a brief intake to discuss areas of focus, treatment goals and pressure preferences.
