I am trained in a variety of massage techniques: deep tissue, neuromuscular, trigger point therapy, myofascial, craniosacral, energy work, Swedish, and pregnancy. This massage is tailored to meet the individuals needs at the time of the service. Every session inevitably ends up being a creative combination of a few or many of these styles. People describe my massages as deep, relaxing and therapeutic.
