An overall Mind~Body~Spirit approach to GENTLE full body lymphatic drainage. The guidance of trained hands is used to palpate flow & create space for fluid movement throughout the body with gentle, light, rhythmic touch. This session includes 70 mins of bodywork & 5-10 mins of pre-session intention setting & post-session integration. This guided approach serves the immune and nervous systems, may provide pain & inflammation relief, detox & can improve surgical recovery.
