Your first visit includes a comprehensive evaluation and treatment designed to address your specific health concerns. During this session, we will discuss your health history, current symptoms, and wellness goals. I will perform relevant physical assessments and explain how acupuncture can help you. Your treatment will include acupuncture and may incorporate additional therapies such as Cupping, Guasha, or Tuina Bodywork as needed. We will also discuss lifestyle modifications and corrective exercises that can support your healing journey.Please arrive 15 minutes early to complete paperwork. For easier access to acupuncture points, wear loose-fitting clothing such as shorts, t-shirt, or tank top that can be moved or adjusted as needed. Athletic/gym attire works great!Note: Kindly complete the initial paperwork ahead of your appointment through our patient portal. This ensures we maximize your treatment time during the visit.
