We provide a specialty bolster that allows you to safely lay face down. If you are uncomfortable with that, we have other options. As the baby grows, the body aches and pains may also change. We customize each session to what your body needs that day. We recommend adding lavender aromatherapy. It is very calming and soothing for the nervous system. **Prior to your appointment, please make sure to fill out the prenatal intake form in addition to the general intake form. ****2nd and 3rd trimester only.
