A restorative 60-minute massage that works your entire body from shoulders to calves. Designed to ease tension and bring back balance, it's the perfect pause in a busy schedule. Areas worked: Upper Back and shoulders: 15%, Lower Back: 23%, Hips and Glutes,: 29%, Hamstrings: 22% and Calves 11%. You do have the option to change the music, intensity and areas worked during your service. You will also have access to our amenities such as relaxation lounges, locker rooms and showers. AESCAPE CLOTHING For the safest, most comfortable and best massage experience, Aescape at Senara provides Aerwear apparel. For your safety, you can NOT use Aescape without clothing. Our robotics require clothing for a point of friction. Without Aerwear, the robotics will feel like rug burn. Any hair that falls onto the neck or below needs to be pulled off the neck and into a ponytail and affixed as part atop the head as possible. We provide a flexible and comfortable headband as part of the Aerwear collection. Aerwear is provided free of charge and comes in sizes 2XS-4XL.
