Serenity Therapeutic Massage

Medical Massage is designed to focus on a specific area or diagnosed issue, such as a sprain/strain, Neck pain, carpal tunnel, sciatica, migraines/headaches and much more. This type of treatment should only be applied to one focus area at time. Sessions are limited to 30 min or 45 min sessions. Includes hot towels/cold stones when needed along with a topical analgesic cream.

Therapeutic Massage is a clinical, results-driven treatment designed to target specific physical issues like chronic pain, muscle injuries, and postural imbalances. Focuses on rehabilitation soft tissues using many different techniques.
