New Patient Visit
New Patient Appointments are required for all new patients beginning chiropractic care under Dr. Jordan. The new patient appointment is up to 45-minutes and consists of a thorough medical history, comprehensive physical exam, establishment of your health goals, as well as a comprehensive care plan designed by Dr. Jordan, and typically an initial treatment dependent upon the time and attention allocated to the history and exam.
