Please take time to fill out the intake form prior to initial treatment. Payment is accepted via e-transfer, credit card, cash or cheque. Please not there is an additional charge of 2.4 percent for credit cards. As of July 1, 2026 price increases to $150.00 including GST. For late cancellations, changes to appointments or other inquiries feel free to contact Tracy directly via text at 778-321-3423. IF YOU do not see anything available with your schedule please text me and we can arrange a time. Only accepting direct billing from Blue Cross at the moment.
