First visits or patients who have not been seen for 3 years. Your preliminary assessment will include: a review of intake forms, a health and wellness history, and evaluation for chiropractic care. Please allow 60 minutes for this visit. This visit may include a chiropractic adjustment. An additional fee will apply if there is a chiropractic adjustment. Due to the No Surprises Act, we are not able to take same day appointments for new patients.
