A Touch of Health

This is my signature massage and what most patients will receive. The base is mostly Swedish, but after almost 30 years of experience, I like the body to tell me what it needs, and I will utilize the other techniques that I have learned, to customize your massage. I like to work as deeply as the body will allow without causing pain. My goal is to make positive and healthy changes to the soft tissues. I also incorporate hot stones into the end of the massage for your pleasure.
