Massage therapy geared to produce deep relief, rebalance the nervous system, and improve movement.

In this 90 min session we will start with body assessments and then do 65min of myofacial and integrative bodywork to support increased range of motion, reduce body tension, and rebalance the nervous system. At the end of the session, we will review the results and suggestions for moving forward.
