Swedish massage is gentler than deep tissue massage and better suited for people interested in relaxation and tension relief.

Kinesiology tape stabilizes the injured area by lightly adhering to the skin and applying pressure to the tissues the tape is wrapped around. This tape allows the connective tissue surrounding the affected muscle or tendon to move along with the body. This service is charged by the number of pieces of tape used. The cost is $2.50 per piece.
