The goal of this massage is to address a specific muscle and/or muscle group causing acute or chronic discomfort to relieve and reset. Your session may include stretching, trigger point therapy; neuromuscular therapy; myofascial release; micro-current; radio-frequency; cupping; hot or cold applications (i.e. gua sha, stones, sauna blanket) or a combination.

This massage uses a gentle touch with rhythmic pumping movements to create the movement of stagnant lymphatic fluid to improve overall health. This therapy is decongestive and reduces excessive amounts of fluid the body may contain. *The service can be done manual or mechanical.*
