90-minute Therapeutic Massage Treatment with 20 minutes of Integration Time This session focuses on calming the nervous system, easing tension, and helping your body unwind through gentle-to-moderate pressure and slow, intentional techniques. This is not a deep tissue massage. Craniosacral Therapy (CST), Reiki, Cupping, Guasha, Aromatherapy, or Sound Bowls can be added to your massage at no extra charge. (Please choose 1-2 add-ons max.)

60 min prenatal massage with 20 mins of integration time.

1 hr customized session, including hot towel, aromatherapy, muscle cream, and cupping (all optional).

90 Minute Lymphatic Drainage Massage with 20 min of integration time. Healing after surgery is a delicate and individual process.
