75 min RMT Initial massage treatment
This appointment is for First time patients to Sparrow Registered Massage Therapy. A $60 deposit is required. Direct billing is available for subsequent appointments. Please arrive 10 minutes prior to your appointment time to complete the consent form and provide your insurance information. Please fill out the Viral health screen and the Health History intake forms in your Jane Booking account prior to your first appointment. This 75 min massage appointment will include discussion of health history, assessment, treatment of discussed areas, home care and billing. Thank you!
