MLD is a light and Rhythmic massage that helps stimulate the Lymphatic System to drain lymph from the body properly and to elevated edema caused by injury, surgery, auto immune conditions, fibromyalgia, RA, lymphedema, and Lipedema. It is recommended that you drink lots of water two hours before your massage and two hours after (preferable all day and several days after to aid in MLD) Includes abdominal MLD as well
