Welcome to your first session. We will go over your history, concerns and goals. Together we will devise a plan most suitable for your needs. Your treatment also begins today. We are happy to verify any insurance benefits before you book, if you'd like. Please send a picture of your insurance ID card via email or text. We do require a $45 deposit for your first appointment. This is to reserve your spot. The deposit will go toward your appointment payment and/or copay. Should you no-show or cancel without 24 hours notice, you forfeit this deposit. Treatment will include chiropractic adjustments, and may include a combination of any of the following: soft tissue work (cupping, site specific massage, trigger point release, myofascial release etc.), red light therapy, Electrical Stimulation Therapy, and/or body movement/exercise. Wear something comfortable.
