Spotlight Acupuncture

This session is required as your first appointment to receive acupuncture treatments. The session is approximately 1 hour and 15 minutes and will include an initial assessment that will allow us to come up with a proper treatment plan for your specific health goals. Following the assessment will include the treatment and can consist of one or several modalities including acupuncture, electro-acupuncture, cupping, gua sha, moxa, acupressure or tui na (massage) depending on what we decide to be appropriate for your condition during our assessment.
