Designed to remove severe tension, deep tissue massage is a technique used to relieve both muscles and connective tissue below the surface. It helps to improve range of motion and heal injuries below the surface.

The foundation on which we stand everyday. They take on all of our weight and stress throughout the day. I perform on that base to tap into the internal organs which are represented in the feet, hands and ears. Reflexology can help stimulate these organs by improving circulation, reducing aches and pains, reducing stress and it feels good. Contraindicated when infections, broken bones, broken skin, bruises or scraps, people with blood vessels and capillaries that break easily or during pregnancy.

Manual lymphatic drainage (MLD) is a gentle massage intended to encourage the natural drainage of the lymph, which carries waste products away from the tissues and back toward the heart. Parallel to the venous system, it is a secondary pathway to the heart. Designed to help reduce edema after surgery, decrease the sympathetic response, and increase parasympathetic tone. Sixty minutes are recommended for the first visit, including a consultation and treatment design.
