Sumana massages vary depending on what you need and what your body tells me. If you come in with specific aches and pains, I can focus on those areas in need. If you're more in the mood for a relaxing zen experience I can do that too. What I love is incorporating all the different elements into a massage, using deeper pressure where it's needed, focusing energy where the knots and adhesions are, but also doing a full body session to make sure you leave feeling grounded and whole.
