Price: $225.00 This appointment will include an assessment followed by a combination of body-based acupuncture points. This treatment is recommended for anyone who wants to skip facial needles in their acupuncture protocol, while still supporting skin health. The facial treatment includes a medical grade face mask and serums but focuses on gua sha stone facial massage to increase circulation to the face and stimulate lymphatic drainage. The treatment is finished with an oil-based serum massage to lock in hydration. Monthly treatments are recommended for optimal results. Over time, gua sha treatments can reduce fine lines, smoothen the complexion, and improve facial muscle tone. As an acupuncture treatment performed by a naturopathic doctor, this visit is covered under the naturopathic category of most extended health plans. Treatments will vary slightly between practitioners.
