Acupuncture
The Acupuncture Treatment consist of a brief feedback and short intake - followed by the performance of Acupuncture, possibly combined with other CM modalities inside of a 60 minutes time frame. It is recommended that the first 3 Acupuncture Treatments to be of a 80 minutes length, in order to better accommodate the patient and to discuss possible questions and/or indications to be followed. Longer Treatment times also allow the practitioner to perform in more depth other modalities of CM. After the 3rd treatment, 60 minute sessions might apply, according to the patient's needs and the practitioner's indication. The modalities of Chinese Medicine that maximize and complement the effects of Acupuncture Treatments are: Cupping, Moxibustion, Bloodletting, Tui Na, Auriculotherapy, TDP Heat Lamp Therapy and Gua Sha. The Traditional Chinese Medicine Assessment is the foundation for better understanding the patient's needs, to determine the CM Diagnosis and the Acupuncture Treatment plan, therefore the CM Assessment should be booked and take place before the Acupuncture Treatment itself.
