Manual lymphatic drainage (MLD) is a gentle, light-pressure technique that encourages the natural flow of lymph, helping the body move excess fluid, toxins, and waste back toward the heart. This treatment helps reduce swelling, supports immune function, and promotes overall balance. It is especially beneficial for post-operative care, easing inflammation and assisting the healing process.
