This visit is for your first appointment or a new concern. It includes a thorough health history and focused pain or injury history, followed by a detailed physical examination assessing movement, joint function, and relevant orthopedic or neurological findings. You will receive a clear explanation of your diagnosis and a personalized treatment plan, and treatment will be provided during the same visit to begin addressing your symptoms and restoring function.
