This massage alleviates discomfort such as cramping and tension through gentle massage techniques, supporting healing and renewal.

Manual Lymphatic Drainage massage is applied using the Vodder method. Light, rhythmic strokes are applied to stimulate lymph flow which reduces swelling, enhances immune function, aids in tissue repair and promotes deep relaxation. **Optional breast massage- While not required, MLD is most effective when we work all lymph pathways. This does include breast tissue. Your written consent and referral from a licensed professional are required for breast massage.
