The Massage Reserve

A full-body therapeutic massage designed to help release the stress many women carry in their bodies. By working with the body as a whole, each session helps calm the nervous system, ease tension patterns, and leave you feeling more balanced and relaxed. Many clients carry stress in the neck, shoulders, and upper back, but addressing the whole body allows for deeper and longer-lasting relief. Most clients choose the 90-minute session to allow enough time for full-body work without feeling rushed.
