Acupuncture
This is for on-site treatments for W+K employees that are New Patients. Please meet Emily at the nap rooms and she will greet you there. If you have been a patient at The Mend or have seen Melissa at W+K before, you can schedule as an existing patient. You do not need to book as a new patient. Insurance: All appointments will be billed to your W+K insurance policy. Please bring your insurance card to your first appt and have your intake form filled out. If you do not have medical insurance through W+K please email us your insurance information before your appointment so that we can verify your benefits. This can take 24-48 hours. Waitlist: If you don’t see an appointment time that works for you, please add yourself to the waitlist below.
