After booking an appointment online you will receive the new patient paperwork in-take forms electronically. A new patient visit can last upwards to one hour which will include taking a detailed history, neurological exam, orthopedic exam, diagnosis, explanation, consultation, and treatment! Treatment may entail adjustments, electric stimulation, hot packs, muscle scraping, stretches' and exercises, and cupping when warranted. Potentially Tecar therapy and Shockwave therapy will be incorporated into treatment. Due to high request in appointments, if you need to reschedule you must do so within 24 hours, if not cancelled within 24 hours you will be billed for the entirety of the visit for taking time away from other patients, and creating a hole in the doctors schedule. We DO NOT accept insurance, but will provide you with a itemized receipt which you can submit to your insurance carrier for potential reimbursement.
