Physiotherapy Initial Assessment
For clients who are experiencing pain. Please select for your first visit or if it has been more than 6 months, since last visit. Please ensure after booking evaluation that you schedule your follow ups. We can adjust the schedule as needed after your first appointment. Book 3 follow up visits 1 week apart, the 4th 2 weeks. If appointments are not available, please add yourself to waitlist, or email [email protected] so I can add you to the waitlist. If any questions, you can call 289-489-2803.
