Smooth stones are heated and then lubricated with oil or essential oils, the therapeutic effects of heat are used to relax muscles more deeply. Used as an extension of the therapist’s hands, the use of massage stones induces deep relaxation and provides a unique experience many find to be tremendously calming and centering.

Lymphatic drainage massage promotes the circulation of lymph and helps rid the odd of toxins and waste materials. It also aids in purifying and regenerating tissues while normalizing organ function, and enhancing ones metabolism and immune system. It is NOT like a regular massage, which has deep pressure that massages the muscles. It is very light pressure because the lymphatic system is close to the surface of the skin.
