Adult First Visit
This appointment is available for adult new practice members who have never been to our office. The initial consultation is for you and the doctor to discuss your health concerns, goals and come up with a plan to reach those goals. This will also include a full neurospinal assessment using the CLA INSiGHT scanning system. Call, text, or email us if you want to schedule this for two or more family members at the same time. (2 people = $250, 3 people = $300)
