Integrative massage therapy combines multiple techniques and modalities in one session to gain the most benefits possible. Each session will be geared towards achieving the goals set between the patient and practitioner, with consideration to the patients medical, physical, mental and emotional needs. Possible modalities that can be integrated into a massage session include: Swedish, Deep Tissue, Trigger Point, Myofasical Release, Neuromuscular, Medical cupping, Topical aids.
