FIRST VISIT
This visit is all about you! It's our chance to get to know a bit more about you, about what brought you to see us, and review your health concerns and challenges. We will go through a full consultation and physical examination. The information collected from this visit will allow us to create an individualized treatment plan tailored to meeting your health goals and overcoming your specific health challenges. If there's no further testing or imaging necessary you will receive an initial treatment.
