Ages 13+. This visit is for Dr. Bethany to get to know you better and make sure you're in the right place! It includes discussing your health concerns & goals, a full health history review, a functional, orthopedic, & neurological examination, and initial adjustment/therapies, as needed. Additionally, if you have not been seen in our office in 2+ years, select this as your appointment type. **At this time we are NOT accepting Medicare patients.
