This session focuses on relieving pain and tension in specific areas. We begin with a brief check-in, then use slow, targeted techniques to release tight muscles, reduce discomfort, and improve mobility. Because of the shorter timeframe, the focus is on one to two problem areas, while also addressing surrounding muscles contributing to the issue. Ideal for neck, back, hip pain, or localized tension.

Lymphatic Drainage is a very gentle light massage that helps to direct lymphatic fluid towards the lymph nodes.
