Every body is different, and every massage is tailored to your unique needs. Using primarily deep tissue techniques, I adjust pressure to your comfort level while addressing tension, pain, and mobility. Depending on what your body needs that day, your session may also include assisted stretching, cupping, or IASTM to support recovery, improve movement, and leave you feeling more balanced, relaxed, and restored.
