Your feet are a trail guide to your body! The main goal of reflexology is to clear any blockages I may find, allowing your body to function at its optimal state. I always write down my findings for you to look over and take home and are able to compare notes for your next session! The 60 minutes may be entirely used on your feet, or I can spend the last 10-15 minutes on a neck and shoulder massage. Integrative Reflexology is a trademarked name, as I took the class by the creator: Claire Marie Miller.
