Book this if you're a new patient to To The Point PDX. Book this if you're a new patient at to the To The Point PDX. We are in-network with Providence, Pacificsource, and BCBS. If you have one of these plans, please provide your insurance information when booking so we can check your benefits. For all other insurance plans, if you have out-of-network coverage, you will need to pay at the time of service and we can provide a superbill for you to submit to your insurance company for potential partial reiumbursement.
