One hour massage is customized to each client. It is a blend of relaxation, deep tissue or targeted work. It includes hot towels. Hot stones, Gua-sha and cupping will also be provided if requested and client is medically capable of receiving this treatment.

Manual lymphatic drainage (MLD) is a gentle rythmic motion with precise strokes which are intended to encourage the natural drainage of the lymph, which carries waste products away from the tissues back toward the heart. This is not a massage, rather, a technique. This service can be by itself as its own session or added to another service. Please note - if you want to combine this with another service, this portion will be done first.
