Manual lymphatic drainage (MLD) is a slow and gentle massage which encourages the natural drainage of the lymph system. It is a series of 3 sessions, spaced ideally 1-2 weeks apart. After the 1st 1-hr session, you can schedule another 60-min session or you can schedule a 75 or 90-min Combo CST/MLD Session.
