The Manual lymphatic drainage (MLD) series is 2-3 sessions (depending on your health situation), spaced ideally 1-2 weeks apart. After the 1st 1-hr session, you can schedule this 60-min session again, or try the 75 or 90-min CST/MLD Combo Session.
