This is a custom massage that may utilize many modalities within the same session ie. Swedish/Relaxing with Deep tissue, Cupping or Hot stone/Bamboo. Designed to remove severe tension, deep tissue massage relieves both muscles and connective tissue below the surface improving range of motion. Hot Stone/Bamboo provide heat to the muscles that promote relaxation . Cupping helps to bring blood which supplies nutrients and oxygen to the cells break up scar tissue and relieves connective tissue.
