Manual massage therapy is a hands-on approach used by the licensed therapist to address issues like joint stiffness, muscle tension, and limited range of motion. Therapy sessions can be targeted to a problem area, include the whole body, or be solely for relaxation. There is no upcharge for deep tissue, cupping, hot stones, or the use of wood tools. The session is tailored to your needs each time.
