New Patient Evaluation
Your first visit includes a focused exam to identify the cause of your pain and create a personalized treatment plan. We’ll review your history, assess movement and nerve function, perform orthopedic tests, and explain your findings clearly. When appropriate, treatment may begin on the first visit and can include adjustments, gentle spinal decompression, and soft tissue therapy.
- Cervical, thoracic, and lumbar spinal adjustments for pain relief.
- Extremity joint adjustments for shoulders, hips, knees, and ankles.
- Flexion-distraction and Cox spinal decompression for disc injuries.
- Myofascial release, IASTM, and trigger point soft-tissue therapy.
